BarkSmart strictly uses positive reinforcement. We do not use shock, prong, or choke collars, and we discourage retractable leashes to ensure safety. Behavioral cases are reviewed individually based on the dog's unique history and current needs. We clearly distinguish between standard training and complex modification. BarkSmart works strictly within our experience level; if a case falls outside our scope or comfort, we will refer you to another professional. Acceptance is determined by circumstances to ensure the best outcome for both the dog and the owner.
