Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
Training is by appointment and subject to availability. Please note that no sessions are held on Sundays. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session, your credit is restored. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time result in the session credit being forfeited.
Booking Terms
Private in-person training is sold in three-session blocks for $90 total, payable at the first session. The Two-Dog Kickstart package is $150 for three shared 60-minute sessions. Virtual sessions via Google Meet are $25 per 60-minute session. Free group sessions last approximately 60 minutes and carry a $10 no-show fee.
Liability & Safety
BarkSmart Dog Training promotes a safe environment for all participants. While we use positive methods, dog training involves inherent risks. Owners remain responsible for their dog's behavior at all times. BarkSmart Dog Training and its trainers shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages. Policies regarding weather and emergencies are being finalized and will be updated later.
Terms of Service
By booking with BarkSmart Dog Training, you agree to our terms. Private sessions are sold in blocks as specified. Virtual sessions must be conducted via Google Meet. Group sessions are subject to a no-show fee. We provide customized support, but outcomes depend on consistent owner participation. BarkSmart Dog Training respects your privacy. We collect basic information like name, phone number, and email strictly to facilitate your training services and billing. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. By providing your contact details, you consent to receive communications regarding your dog’s training.
